dsm-firmenich is seeking a Supply Chain Planner/Lead Specialist to manage end-to-end supply planning for a product portfolio at either the Leeuwarden or Delft site in the Netherlands. The role emphasizes mid/long-term planning, production scheduling, raw material planning, and global warehouse replenishment to ensure OTIF and inventory targets.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in SCM or APICS certification, strong English skills, and experience with SAP and advanced planning systems.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• APICS certification is a plus.
• Strong English communication; Dutch a plus.
• Experience in end-to-end supply planning and cross-functional collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Execute end-to-end supply planning for assigned product portfolio, including mid/long-term planning.
• Coordinate production scheduling, raw material planning, and global warehouse replenishment to meet OTIF and inventory targets.
• Identify and mitigate supply risks through cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead supply review meetings and support financial/volume planning processes.
• Drive KPI performance and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.
