Job summary

Loop Earplugs is seeking a Softgoods Designer to own the end-to-end softgoods design for our product and accessory programs, from concept through production-ready design.

You'll lead the softgoods workstream across wearable products, bags, cases, pouches, and related accessories, partnering with Product Development, Engineering, CMF, and Packaging to balance form, function, and manufacturability at Loop.

You’ll mentor junior designers and help evolve softgoods workflows as Loop scales.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of softgoods design experience.
• Background in Industrial Design or CMF welcome.
• Strong visualization and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead softgoods design from concept to production-ready design.
• Apply softgoods across wearables, bags, cases, pouches.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Engineering, and suppliers.
• Integrate softgoods with Loop products with CMF.
• Drive designs through gates and reviews.
• Mentor junior designers and share knowledge.
• Evolve softgoods workflows and prototyping.
