Job summary

Loop is seeking a Lead Industrial Designer to shape the design direction across wearable products, from concept through production. You will translate user needs and manufacturing realities into strong physical forms while guiding a team to elevate craft and impact.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, UX, and CMF to ensure design intent remains strong from early exploration to mass production, balancing aesthetics, feasibility and speed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in industrial or product design.
• Strong portfolio of physical consumer products brought to market.
• Experience leading design teams and mentoring designers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the industrial design direction from concept to production.
• Translate strategy and user insight into manufacturable design directions.
• Guide and develop the Industrial Design team with structured feedback.
