Job summary

IC Resources in Delft is seeking a Senior Validation Engineer / Team Lead to guide the SoC Bring-Up group. You will lead validation projects, oversee bring-up, tape-outs, and all SoC validation activities while mentoring engineers.

The role emphasizes creating automated test setups, firmware debugging, and real-time troubleshooting to ensure high-quality SoCs for wireless and IoT applications. Relocation or visa support available.

Qualifications

• Experience leading validation projects for SoCs.
• Strong knowledge of digital circuits including memory and MCU architectures.
• Experience with test automation systems for validation.
• Exposure to firmware debugging and real-time troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Lead SoC validation team in Delft and oversee bring-up, tape-outs and validation activities.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure quality across SoCs.
• Drive automated test setups and improve validation efficiency.
