IC Resources in the Netherlands is seeking a Senior Validation Engineer / Team Lead for SoC bring-up, based in Delft. You will lead the SoC validation group and drive bring-up, tape-outs and validation activities across projects.

The role requires strong knowledge of digital circuits, memory and MCU architectures, preferably from low-power IoT or wireless systems, with a track record of leading teams delivering validation and test automation. Relocation and visa support offered.

Job description

This leading developer of wireless communication systems urgently seeks a Senior Validation Engineer / Team Lead - SoC-Bring-up to lead their SoC validation group based in Delft.

The Senior Validation Engineer / Team Lead will be responsible for leading SoC validation projects including bring-up, tape-outs and all SoC validation activities, you will be responsible for all development, implementation and executing test plans ensuring quality of SoCs through automated test setups.

Your skills and background will include a strong knowledge of digital circuits including memory and MCU architectures preferably gained in low-power IoT / wireless communication systems. You should have a successful track record leading teams delivering validation and test automation systems for SoC applications and any exposure to firmware debugging and real time troubleshooting would be beneficial.
