Job summary

IC Resources in Delft is seeking a Junior Electronics Engineer to join a growing technology company developing advanced electronic and embedded systems. You will support the full product lifecycle, assisting with design, testing, and validation of hardware products.

The role involves hands-on work across analogue and digital circuits, schematic capture, PCB design, hardware testing, and cross-disciplinary collaboration with software, mechanical, and manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
• Understanding of analogue and digital electronics.
• Experience with PCB design through university projects, internships, or industry experience.
• Knowledge of embedded systems or microcontrollers would be beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to engineering.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and development of analogue and digital electronic circuits.
• Assist with schematic capture and PCB design activities.
• Perform hardware testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Support prototype assembly, bring-up, and debugging.
• Contribute to product development projects from concept through to production.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams including software, mechanical, and manufacturing engineers.
