Job summary

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a senior technology leader to drive SAP BTP and AI transformation programs from strategy to implementation. You will shape platform, data, and AI strategies at the C-level and architect complex, integrated, agent-based systems while guiding large interdisciplinary teams.

The role emphasizes business development, delivering proofs-of-concepts, and positioning BCG Platinion as a thought leader.

Qualifications

• Degree in (Business) Computer Science or equivalent with above-average grades.
• 8+ years of IT consulting and managing complex IT/transformation programs.
• In-depth expertise in SAP BTP, integration architectures, and modern platform approaches (e.g., CAP, Integration Suite, AI Core).
• Solid understanding of AI/GenAI and their strategic and operational applications.
• Experience in planning, managing, and evaluating the economic impact of transformations, including business cases.
• Led teams (>5 people) and confidently managed complex programs and escalations.
• Operate at the C-level, make decisions in large organizations, and advise clients.
• Proven track record in business development, especially in acquiring and advancing projects.
• Entrepreneurial thinking with a strong focus on results.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling in German and English.
• Willing to travel internationally.
