You will work with the product owner, architects, developers, and other admins to deliver reliable solutions. The role emphasizes problem solving, data integrity, and collaboration across departments, including adopting AI tools and following release cycles.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on Salesforce administration.
• Experience with multiple Salesforce orgs.
• Strong data management and security knowledge.
• Familiarity with AI features in Salesforce.
• Excellent communication with non-technical users.

Responsabilités

• Provide Level 2 incident support for Salesforce issues.
• Configure and maintain Salesforce features using declarative tools.
• Assist with data loads, reports, and dashboards.
• Set up integrations and monitor release impacts.
• Collaborate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and mentor juniors.
