Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, CDMO, or laboratory environments.
• Proven experience in leading and developing teams.
• Experience with process improvement, forecasting, and capacity planning.
• Knowledge of GMP-regulated environments is preferred.
• Located in the Netherlands with a valid work permit.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the Project Management team.
• Improve and standardize project management processes (scoping, monitoring, communication, reporting).
• Develop and maintain forecasting processes for project demand.
• Implement structured capacity planning with laboratory management.
• Establish clear prioritization processes for routine and non-routine activities.
• Support regular project management activities (intake, scoping, planning, forecasting, prioritization, customer communication, reporting, execution oversight).
