Job summary

Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing Leiden B.V. in Leiden, NL, seeks a Team Lead Project Management to guide and grow the PM team, standardize processes, and drive forecasting and capacity planning across the department.

You will coordinate project intake, scoping, planning, forecasting, prioritization, and customer communications, ensuring high efficiency and alignment with GMP standards. A one-year assignment with potential extension offers growth opportunities within the Eurofins network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or PhD degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably within a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, CDMO, or laboratory environment.
• Proven experience in leading and developing teams.
• Experience with process improvement, forecasting, and capacity planning.
• Knowledge of GMP-regulated environments is preferred.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Located in the Netherlands with a valid work permit.

Job Description

As Teamlead Project Management, you are responsible for leading and developing the Project Management team while driving improvements in project management processes, planning, communication, and operational performance. Thereby you facilitate the continued growth of the department and increase the effectiveness of the organization.

Responsibilities and tasks:

Duration

This is initially a one-year assignment at Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing Leiden. This assignment may be extended and potentially lead to a permanent position. This is not predetermined yet.
