Job summary

Haldu Group is seeking an experienced Team Leader to guide a production team on the Netherlands floor of a precast concrete manufacturer. You will coordinate daily tasks, drive safety and quality, and ensure efficient operation, with a hands-on, proactive approach.

The role offers a long-term, full-time position with a stable day shift and opportunities for growth. Accommodation and transport support are available if needed, and English at least at B1 level is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Frontman, Team Leader, or Supervisor in a concrete production environment.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Responsible and proactive, able to work independently.
• Safety-conscious with a hands-on attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of production employees on the floor.
• Plan and coordinate daily work activities to meet targets.
• Ensure production meets quality and safety standards.
• Supervise workflow and resolve operational issues as they arise.
• Communicate clearly with the production team and management.
