Job summary

Pro Industry in Venlo is seeking an experienced Team Leader – High Care to guide a 75–100 strong production team. You will ensure safe, efficient operations and schedule adherence while driving continuous improvements on the production floor.

This two-shift role includes weekends when needed; the company offers a gross monthly salary of €3,284–€4,000, a solid pension, 26 vacation days, travel allowance, and a structured onboarding plus development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Completed MBO-level education or equivalent vocational qualification.
• Experience leading teams within production/manufacturing.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and able to stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Leading and coaching a large production team (75–100 employees) and motivating them.
• Monitoring daily production activities and ensuring planning targets are achieved.
• Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene and product quality.
• Conducting performance and absence-related discussions with team members.
• Resolving operational issues and responding quickly to production challenges.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.
• Working closely with other departments to achieve production goals.
• Reporting operational results and improvement initiatives to the Production Manager.
