Royal IHC is seeking a Lead Plant Engineer to translate process requirements into practical, safe and integrated plant designs. You will lead the full plant design and multidisciplinary integration from concept to basic engineering.

You will coordinate with process, mechanical, piping, structural and electrical teams, working with international partners to ensure the plant functions as one coherent system.

Competenze

• BSc or MSc in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in industrial plant engineering and complex projects.
• Strong understanding of PFDs, P&IDs and plant layouts.

Mansioni

• Own the overall plant design and multidisciplinary integration.
• Translate PFDs into configurations and equipment layouts.
• Develop plant layouts and maintainability concepts.
• Coordinate electrical and structural interfaces.
• Lead design reviews, HAZOPs and multidisciplinary workshops.
• Contribute to FAT, SAT, commissioning activities.
• Coordinate work packages with international stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve plant design.
