Job summary

Leidos LLC in The Hague, Netherlands, seeks a Mid-Test engineer to support the I&T team for NATO BMD SEIT. You will lead and perform test and exercise activities, maintain schedules, and interface with customers, users, and stakeholders in UK English.

Travel about 20% is expected; on-site work is conducted in English with multinational collaboration. The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering, 12–15 years of systems engineering experience, NATO Secret clearance, and strong English

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in engineering/technical discipline with extensive systems engineering/ integration experience.
• Active NATO Secret clearance; Top Secret preferred.
• Strong English communication skills; on-site work in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform project test and exercise activities under the Engineering Lead.
• Coordinate test plans, test cases, and test procedures across teams.
• Estimate test efforts, maintain schedules, and interface with NATO stakeholders.
• Document results and brief readiness statuses to customers.
