Sia is a forward-looking global management consulting group with a growing Data Science team. We are seeking an expert ML Engineer to lead our Data practice, shape the future of AI solutions, and collaborate with Dutch and international teams on client projects and our own AI products.

You will guide architecture in cloud environments, scale models to production, mentor engineers, and contribute to knowledge sharing through blogs and events. Fluency in English and Dutch is required.

Qualifikationen

• MSc in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
• 2–4 years building production ML/DL pipelines and models.
• Strong ML fundamentals with domain knowledge (e.g., CV, NLP).
• Expert Python and at least one other language (Scala, C++, Java).
• SQL/PostgreSQL, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and Unix/DevOps tools (Git, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience coaching/mentoring engineers; travel to clients; fluency in English and Dutch (German nice).

Aufgaben

• Lead an internal team to develop AI products.
• Work in multidisciplinary client projects as an expert.
• Make architectural and design decisions for cloud environments.
• Build production-ready ML/AI solutions with solid software engineering.
• Mentor Data Scientists to scale models to production.
• Give trainings and lead internal/external events.
• Write blog articles and present at conferences.
