Job summary

Eurofins PSS Insourcing Solutions is seeking a Lead Production Operator for our Nijmegen team. You will combine hands-on production work with team leadership in a regulated MedTech environment, supporting the manufacturing of an innovative patient-ready product while coordinating daily operations and developing the production team.

You will spend significant time performing GMP-compliant manufacturing tasks, acting as a key liaison with the Site Lead and the client's Production Manager to ensure

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a production environment, preferably MedTech or regulated industries.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Fluent English both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture product according to procedures and quality standards.
• Prepare and complete documentation for manufacturing steps.
• Verify batch components and inspect product quality.
• Ensure clean work area to prevent contamination.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to support team development.
• Support Site Lead with performance insights and improvements.
• Assist with production planning and resource allocation.
• Serve as primary operational contact for client's Production Manager.
• Assist onboarding and training of new operators.

Education

MLO or HBO degree in Life Sciences / Biotechnology / Chemistry or related field
