Job summary

NXP Semiconductors is seeking a hands-on technical leader to head Mass Market Technical Support for the Americas within the CAS organization. You will lead FAEs serving Mass Market customers and distributors, shape training and enablement, and drive scalable strategies across the channel ecosystem.

In this high-impact leadership role, you will recruit and coach early-career engineers, collaborate with Sales, Product Lines, Marketing, and Engineering to align technical execution, and help grow

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline is required.
• Experience in Field Applications, Product Engineering, or Technical Support roles is needed.
• Prior people leadership experience (formal or team lead capacity) is required.
• Strong background in embedded systems, microcontrollers, and system-level architecture is expected.
• Experience developing early-career engineers or new college graduates is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Americas Mass Market Technical Execution: Manage and develop NXP FAEs supporting Mass Market customers.
• Establish clear technical priorities aligned to growth initiatives.
• Ensure consistent positioning of NXP's embedded, connectivity, and AI solutions.
