Job summary

Jobanansie is seeking an experienced I&C Engineer to oversee instrumentation and control activities across the project lifecycle for heat and power plants in the Netherlands. You will coordinate interfaces with other disciplines and provide technical direction on DCS, automation, and security systems.

The role requires a strong background in I&C engineering, fault finding, commissioning, and maintenance, with 5+ years in EPC within the industrial sector and fluency in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Automation Technology or Electrical Engineering
• Fluent in Dutch and English with strong communication skills
• Minimum of 5 years in Engineering, Procurement and Construction in the industrial sector
• Robust knowledge of I&C engineering, programming, fault finding, commissioning and maintenance
• Knowledge of DCS, security, video surveillance, IT infrastructure and telecoms
• Experience with process control technologies and design of control systems
• Leadership and analytical skills with a structured approach
• Self-starting with focus on health & safety and safety in design
• Ability to describe future installations to internal customers and ensure consistency

Responsibilities

• Oversee all I&C activities across the project lifecycle from development to realization
• Coordinate I&C interfaces and collaborate with other disciplines
• Provide technical coordination for I&C solutions including DCS, automation, security systems
• Specify I&C components per international and internal standards
• Support procurement, quality adjustments and stakeholder management reporting to Engineering Manager
