Job summary

Milence is expanding Europe’s largest public charging network for heavy-duty EVs and seeks a Domain Lead - Charging Technology to scale charging tech across the network. You will shape roadmaps, drive interoperability, and partner with suppliers and OEMs to deliver reliable, future-ready solutions.

The role reports to the Technology Lead and requires deep domain expertise, strategic thinking, and hands-on leadership in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable technical discipline.
  • 8+ years in EV charging, e-mobility, or related tech sectors.
  • Experience leading complex technology or integration programs.
  • Experience with international suppliers and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of charging standards, protocols, interoperability, and cybersecurity interfaces.

Responsibilities

  • Define, communicate, and evolve the charging technology vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Lead high-power charging technology domain development including CCS, MCS, architecture, and interoperability.
  • Translate customer and operational needs into practical technical solutions and priorities.
  • Lead programs from concept to deployment with validation and reliability focus.
  • Collaborate with Product, Operations, Procurement, Finance, and Commercial teams to align roadmaps.
