Job summary

Partner Company in the Netherlands seeks an experienced Lead Engineer to own the trader-facing platform, delivering real-time, data-rich interfaces with high performance. You will shape architecture, work across frontend, APIs, and data layers, and collaborate with onchain teams to present accurate trading activity.

You will engage directly with professional traders and ecosystem partners, driving feature delivery and product improvements in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record building and launching user-facing products end to end.
• Deep expertise in modern frontend development (TypeScript/JavaScript) and frameworks like React/Next.js.
• Strong full-stack fundamentals across frontend, APIs, backend, and data infra.
• Experience building real-time, data-intensive UIs with high performance and usability.
• Independent design choices with solid product instincts."

Responsibilities

• Own technical direction and architecture of the trader-facing platform.
• Design and develop responsive interfaces for complex market, portfolio, and rewards data.
• Build real-time product experiences: dashboards, feeds, leaderboards, rebates tracking.
• Lead feature lifecycles from concept to launch, monitoring and iteration.
• Collaborate with onchain data teams to ensure accurate trading activity presentation.
• Engage with traders and market makers to translate feedback into product improvements.
• Maintain high engineering standards for performance, testing, observability, and reliability.
