APM Terminals seeks a Lead Financial Controller to oversee group consolidation, reporting and controls across a global network. You will partner with senior finance leaders, drive accurate close cycles, and ensure alignment with IFRS and APM GAAP standards.
The role emphasizes ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement in a dynamic multinational environment.
At APM Terminals, a global leader in port and terminal operations, we enable global trade and drive sustainable growth. What drives us forward is a mindset of always improving, observing how work happens, identifying what creates value, and removing what gets in the way. We constantly look for smarter, simpler, and safer ways of operating. If you thrive in environments where people value learning and are committed to continuously improve daily operations, join us and be a part of our journey.
As Lead Financial Controller, you will play a central role in ensuring the integrity, accuracy and timely delivery of group consolidation and financial reporting across a global organisation.
Working closely with senior finance leadership, you will act as a trusted sparring partner, helping create clarity across multiple priorities, maintain financial control, solve complex reporting challenges, and continuously improve how the team operates. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong accounting and reporting expertise with a hands‑on mindset and enjoys balancing multiple stakeholders, reporting cycles, audit deadlines and competing priorities in a dynamic international environment.
We are not necessarily looking for an established senior people leader. Instead, we are seeking someone with the potential and ambition to grow into broader leadership responsibilities while already demonstrating strong ownership, coordination skills, and the ability to bring people together around shared goals.
At APM Terminals, we foster a dynamic learning and training culture that empowers our employees to excel. Our commitment to improvement means every team member has the opportunity to develop their skills and advance their careers by continuously refining how we work. Experience a diverse, multinational workplace where your operational insights directly influence how we work.
