Strohm is seeking a Lead Field Engineer to oversee high-stakes offshore operations globally from IJmuiden, The Netherlands. In this pivotal role, you will lead onsite teams, ensuring mission-critical tasks are executed safely and proficiently, while interfacing directly with clients.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years’ experience in installation, onsite fabrication, or engineering, with offshore exposure.
• Track record in mobilizing technical equipment for Oil & Gas operations.
• Comfortable working away from home for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead global end‑fitting operations overseeing critical on/offshore activities.
• Interface confidently with clients on-site for seamless operations.
• Champion safety and quality standards across activities.
• Ensure readiness of equipment, logistics, and personnel arrangements.
• Drive improvements and shape procedures based on field lessons.
