Job summary

ASML is seeking a CNC Manufacturing Specialist to join its advanced manufacturing team in the Netherlands. You will operate conventional and CNC milling/turning machines and support the model shop in delivering high-quality prototype parts.

You will work closely with factory, development and engineering teams to optimize manufacturability and lead times, while maintaining strict quality standards. fluency in Dutch and English is required, with a strong service mindset.

Qualifications

Vocational technical background (MBO).
5+ years in high tech development environment or proto experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Experience in NX CAD/CAM is needed or other CAD/CAM software; Heidenhain or related software preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate conventional milling/turning machines.
Operate CNC milling and turning machines.
Support cleanroom environment when disturbances occur.
Produce parts/proto/dummy with mechanical machining.
Check TPD and advise manufacturability.
Research manufacturability, quality improvement and optimization of machining processes.
Be a team player in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks.
Equipment maintenance, materials handling and cleaning of machines.
Ensure quality on output of outgoing parts from the Modelshop.
Coordinate with internal/external customers on short-term needs and priorities.
