Job summary

Trinamics is seeking an experienced Lead Engineer Electrical to own the engineering and realization of data center power infrastructure projects. You will lead technical decisions, coordinate multiple engineering disciplines and ensure delivery within scope, schedule, quality, and budget.

The role combines engineering excellence with leadership, requiring hands-on oversight of LV/MV switchgear, transformers, PDUs, and automation systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Electrical Engineering.
• At least 7 years as Electrical/Lead Engineer in multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong knowledge of low- and medium-voltage switchgear and power distribution.

Responsibilities

• Take technical responsibility for engineering activities within multidisciplinary projects.
• Supervise Interface Engineers and System Engineers.
• Monitor engineering scope, schedules, quality and budgets.
• Develop and monitor engineering and execution plans.
• Engineer and realize power distribution solutions for data centers.
• Review technical designs, calculations, reports and test plans.
• Act as the technical point of contact for customers and stakeholders.
• Travel regularly to factories and project sites in the Netherlands and abroad.
