Job summary

Flow Traders is seeking a Senior Quantitative Researcher to expand our Digital Assets trading capabilities within a leading proprietary trading firm. You will leverage cutting-edge research and our quantitative platform to build profitable, end-to-end strategies across markets.

You will collaborate with Trading and Technology to bring research into production, develop pricing models, and optimize market-making. A strong background in ML and data handling is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in systematic trading.
Proven track record of profitable trading or systematic market-making.
Nuanced understanding of financial markets, electronic trading, and market microstructure.
Success translating modern quantitative methods into profitable strategies.
Experience with large-scale market datasets, ML ops frameworks, and HPC.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management across Trading and Technology.
Strategic vision for ML/AI in the future of algorithmic trading.
Experience in Digital Assets markets preferred.

Responsibilities

Identify competitive advantages in Digital Assets markets and build quantitative strategies.
Develop pricing and execution models and deploy them in end-to-end trading strategies.
Research and optimize systematic market-making across Digital Assets products and venues.
Collaborate with Trading and Technology to productionize strategies.
