Job summary

Flow Traders in Amsterdam is seeking a Quantitative Researcher to join the quantitative trading team. You will design, build, and deploy state-of-the-art models for systematic trading and analyze large datasets to uncover signals.

Collaborate with traders and technologists to translate research into live production, monitor model performance, and refine approaches in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Master or PhD in a quantitative field (Math, Physics, CS).
• Experience as Quantitative Researcher in an HFT environment is required.
• Strong statistical and linear algebra knowledge.
• Proficiency in Python or C++.
• Experience with Deep Learning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, optimize, and deploy state-of-the-art models for systematic trading.
• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and signals for trading strategies.
• Collaborate with traders and technologists to deploy models into live production.
• Monitor and refine existing models based on live market performance.
