Lead Commissioning Package Manager (Cx/QA)

Job summary

Mercury is seeking a Commissioning Package Manager in Groningen, The Netherlands, to lead the CX/QA process for data centre projects. You will validate that the delivery team meets functional and performance requirements, coordinating with design, construction, and owner representatives to ensure defect-free turnover.

We expect strong experience in commissioning, risk assessment, testing (IST/C&E), and document control using ACxMS and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with at least 5 years in commissioning management on critical infrastructure.
• Demonstrated commissioning knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in data centres.
• Understanding of building regulations and European standards and how to apply them.
• Experience developing and executing Level 4 & 5 IST and C&E testing.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritise to deadlines and budgets.
• Strong communication and coordination across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Cx/QA planning and ensure alignment with Employer's Requirements.
• Coordinate daily/weekly meetings with subcontractors and internal teams.
• Review IFC design packages for risk and constructability.
• Manage FOAK register and QA documentation in ACxMS.
• Witness testing activities and report findings.
