Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Biostatistics or a closely related quantitative discipline.
• Extensive experience in clinical trials and biostatistics with ability to lead multiple projects independently.
• Proven program- or project-level leadership experience in clinical development strategy and statistical decision-making.
• Strong proficiency in R programming for clinical research and analysis requirements.
• Knowledge of statistical study design, regulatory requirements, and CSR delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead statistical activities across early-phase trials from protocol development to CSR.
• Develop and oversee SAPs, tables, listings and figures with clear methodologies.
• Serve as Lead Biostatistician on projects; contribute to development decisions.
• Provide statistical input to regulatory submissions and sponsor interactions.
• Mentor biostatisticians and ensure quality control of deliverables.
