Job summary

With a PhD and 10–15 years in analytical environments, you’ll guide a talented R&T Operations team, coordinating with maintenance and HSE, to advance our capabilities and support business growth in the petrochemical sector.

Qualifications

• PhD-level academic with 10–15 years in analytical/research environments.
• Experience with analytical, testing and data science techniques for heterogeneous catalysts and oil analysis.
• Familiarity with Ref Sol products, production processes, markets, and CFT R&T projects.

Responsibilities

• Delivering integrated analytical expertise strategy, on site / business level and integrated departmental plans and operational realization for all CFT R&D projects and catalyst markets.
• Develop strategy for optimizing capacity (short term) and capabilities (long term) for bench scale testing; provide reliable bench/pilot data.
• Manage the R&T Operations (Services) team coordinating admin, maintenance, and HSE support for the R&T group in Amsterdam.
