Job summary

Archer Recruitment is seeking a senior engineer to lead agentic AI initiatives across manufacturing and production operations worldwide, taking solutions from concept through to production. You will work in a fully remote EU environment on a multi-year transformation, building production-grade Python systems using LangGraph and LangChain, with end-to-end ownership and enterprise integrations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building production-grade software with Python.
• Hands-on with LangGraph, LangChain or comparable agent orchestration frameworks.
• Track record shipping AI products end-to-end into production.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop agentic and multi-agent architectures using Python and LangGraph/LangChain.
• Build agent workflows with planning, memory, tool calling, RAG and human-in-the-loop capabilities.
• Develop integrations with enterprise APIs, databases, documents and knowledge sources.
• Own solutions across architecture, development, testing, deployment and production launch.
