DJ's Landscape Management is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a crew of 10–25 in lawn maintenance and mowing services. You will supervise daily dispatch, plan routes, and ensure high-quality, safe service delivery across seasons.

The role demands strong leadership, hands-on landscaping experience, and the ability to coach and develop team members while maintaining productivity and adherence to company standards.

Responsibilities

Job description

The Operations Supervisor leads a team of 10-25 crew members focused on lawn maintenance and mowing services. This role ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards. Key responsibilities include leadership, scheduling, route planning, quality control, and driving daily productivity.

Strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in lawn maintenance (mowing, trimming, edging, and basic property upkeep) are essential. Experience with small landscape projects is a plus but not required. During the season, this role is responsible for daily crew dispatch (starting around 7 a.m.) and supporting crews throughout the day. In the winter, responsibilities shift to overseeing snow operations within an assigned area, including team performance and service execution.

• Planning, organizing, and preparing to ensure services are provided in a productive and efficient manner

• Properly submit production related information
• Previous experience supervising and leading crews
• Landscape Industry experience desired, but not required

• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
