You will collaborate with content, brand, operations and marketing teams, using tools like Monday.com and Smartsheet to track progress and deliverables while building essential skills in partnerships and events management.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, preferably Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Smartsheet).
• Analytical and detail-oriented with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.

Responsibilities

• Support the partnerships manager by handling day-to-day operational management of partner activity.
• Assist in planning and executing partner launches, renewals, and other milestones.
• Identify and research prospective partners by gathering association overviews.
• Execute event deliverables through cross-functional teamwork with content and marketing.
• Record, track, and manage all projects in Monday.com and Smartsheet.
• Create partnership materials, onboarding guides, templates, and visuals.
