As an Operational Laboratory Technician, you are responsible on a daily basis for performing ELISA tests and various biochemical, cellular, and molecular biological analyses. You support scientific research, analyze samples, and process research results. Everything you do contributes directly to the development of new pharmaceutical compounds and technologies.
Your average workday consists of preparing samples, performing routine (immuno)assays, analyzing data using advanced equipment, and reporting findings to your colleagues. You maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, identify and resolve technical malfunctions, and ensure the lab runs smoothly. Additionally, you actively contribute ideas regarding process improvements and making the laboratory more efficient.
