QuantWare seeks a Laboratory Operations & Safety Officer to support day-to-day operation of its laboratories and the upcoming cleanroom facilities. You will establish scalable lab and cleanroom processes, ensure compliance with EHS requirements, and assist in safety programmes and risk assessments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or another relevant technical discipline.
• 5+ years experience in Cleanroom facilities Operations, EHS, QHSE, Laboratory Operations or similar.
• Experience developing and implementing laboratory or cleanroom procedures and work instructions.
• Experience RI&E, risk assessments, inspections and incident investigations.
• Knowledge of laboratory safety, hazardous chemicals, SDS, chemical compatibility and EHS legislation.
• Experience supporting audits and regulatory inspections in a highly regulated environment.
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills in a fast-paced scale-up.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate laboratory and cleanroom operations, procurement, inventory, calibration and vendor coordination.
• Develop and implement laboratory and cleanroom procedures and work instructions.
• Support EHS management system including RI&E and risk assessments.
• Develop safe working procedures for hazardous chemicals and high-risk processes.
• Manage chemical safety programmes including SDS administration and waste management.
• Support audits, inspections and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate onboarding and safety training in labs and cleanrooms.
