Job summary

everox is seeking a hands-on Lab Processing Plant Technician in Rotterdam to operate and optimize a lab processing plant that converts waste concrete into low-carbon building materials. You will run milling and carbonation campaigns, produce R&D batches, and analyze data to drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in a laboratory, pilot plant or production environment.
• Experience with mechanical equipment and industrial processes such as crushers, mills and sieves.
• Solid Excel skills to clean, analyze and visualize data.

Responsibilities

• Operate and optimize our lab processing plant, including crushing, sieving, milling and carbonation equipment.
• Produce material batches for R&D projects, product development and customer trials.
• Run carbonation campaigns and monitor key process parameters to ensure high-quality results.
• Transform process data into clear insights that help improve performance and scale our technology.
• Maintain equipment, troubleshoot issues and keep operations running smoothly.
• Support testing and sample preparation across our laboratory activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes and safety standards.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, researchers and lab colleagues to bring innovative technologies to life.
