Job summary

everox is seeking a hands-on Lab Processing Plant Technician in Rotterdam to operate a lab processing plant turning waste concrete into low‑carbon building materials. You will run campaigns, produce samples, analyse data and support R&D with process improvements.

Requirements include a MBO-4/BSc in a related field and 2+ years in a lab or pilot plant. Proficiency in Excel, safety-first mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-growing scale-up are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on lab experience in processing environments.
• Ability to clean, analyse and visualise data in Excel.
• Strong safety mindset and adherence to lab protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate and optimise the lab processing plant (crushing, sieving, milling, carbonation).
• Produce material batches for R&D, product development and customer trials.
• Run carbonation campaigns and monitor key process parameters for quality.
