Job summary

Delft Circuits, based in Delft, Netherlands, seeks three Fabrication and Test Engineers to advance our cryogenic Cri/oFlex platform. This hands-on role centers in the lab, fabricating flex circuits for R&D testing and running structured experiments to refine process flows.

You will document results precisely and propose next steps, collaborating with process/product development, systems engineering, production, and quality control to ensure manufacturability.

Qualifications

• Hands-on laboratory experience in lab/cleanroom or high-tech manufacturing.
• Experience with microfabrication processes (thin-film deposition, lithography, etching).
• Structured, practical approach to experimentation; DOE and Six Sigma exposure is a plus.
• Independent working style with proactive communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Run lab-based process experiments to explore parameter windows and improve repeatability.
• Fabricate and validate flexible electronic circuits and test structures for new capabilities.
• Apply quality control checks during development and log failures.
