Job summary

Co-Flex in the Netherlands is seeking a hands-on fabrication technician to independently fabricate high-quality equipment and installations for diverse clients. You will build complete products from the ground up using technical drawings in our well-equipped workshop.

You will collaborate with colleagues to ensure safety, precision, and continuous improvements in design and fabrication processes, delivering reliable machinery.

Qualifications

• Experience fabricating equipment and assemblies from blueprints.
• Proficient in metalworking techniques and safe handling of materials.
• Attention to detail to ensure precise dimensions and quality.

Responsibilities

• Assemble equipment and machinery from blueprints independently.
• Perform metalworking: cutting, bending, tack welding, assembly.
• Ensure exact dimensions and high quality for all units.
• Identify potential improvements in design or fabrication processes.
• Adhere to safety regulations during construction and assembly.
• Communicate progress updates to the workshop supervisor.
