Job summary

Loop Earplugs is seeking a Korean Marketplace Specialist to own our Korean storefronts across Naver Smart Store, Coupang, Kakao, and more. You’ll drive growth in APAC by turning opportunities into measurable outcomes through execution, optimization, and data-driven decisions.

Work closely with the global marketplace team, Korea go-to-market lead, agencies, and logistics partners to turn strategy into tangible results, from listings and promotions to performance analyses and keyword optimisation.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience managing Korean marketplaces.
• Hands-on experience with Naver Smart Store, Coupang, and Kakao.
• Fluent English (Korean is a strong asset).
• Strong understanding of the Korean e-commerce ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Own Korean marketplace operations end-to-end across Naver Smart Store, Coupang, Kakao, and other platforms.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns aligned with marketplace events.
• Own product listings, merchandising, localised content, and inventory updates.
• Coordinate marketplace advertising with agencies and account managers.
• Turn marketplace data into actionable insights to improve sales, traffic, and advertising performance.
• Ensure listings meet marketplace requirements while optimising Korean keywords and content.
• Build strong partnerships across internal teams and external marketplace partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve assortment and marketplace growth.
