Job summary

Luba Uitzendbureau zoekt een Technical Operator voor een modern voedingsproductiebedrijf in Katwijk. Je stelt productie lijnen in, bedient en bewaakt machines en zorgt voor een soepele productie.

Je werkt in ploegen met flexibele tijden, krijgt doorgroeimogelijkheden naar senior operator of technische specialist. Een proactieve teamspeler met MBO-niveau wordt verwacht en basis leesvaardigheid in het Nederlands is welkom.

Qualifications

• MBO-level working and thinking ability.
• Technical aptitude and an interest in machinery and production processes are an advantage.
• Accurate, quality-focused and solution-oriented.
• Proactive team player.
• Ability to read Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Stel productie lijnen in en bedien/monitor de machines.
• Zorg voor een soepele productie en bewaak het proces.
• Controleer productkwaliteit en los kleine technische issues op.
• Denk mee aan verbeteringen en optimaliseer waar mogelijk.
• Werk samen in een gemotiveerd team om snacks aan consumenten te leveren.
