Job summary

Partner HR Solutions zoekt een Operator voor een ambachtelijke bakkerij in Limburg. Je stelt productie- of verpakkingslijnen in en kunt doorgroeien naar specialismen in bakkerij of verpakkingsafdeling.

Wij vragen mbo-niveau, goede beheersing van Nederlands of Engels, beschikbaarheid voor fulltime dienstverband met 3-ploegendienst, en affiniteit met HACCP. De functie vereist toewijding aan voedselveiligheid en kwaliteit.

Qualifications

• MBO niveau vereist.
• Goede beheersing van Nederlands of Engels.
• Beschikbaar voor fulltime en bereid 3-ploegendienst te werken.
• Kennis van HACCP is een voordeel.
• In staat zowel zelfstandig als in team te werken.
• Sterke inzet op voedselveiligheid en kwaliteit.

Responsibilities

• Instellen en ombouwen van productie- of verpakkingslijnen bij productwisselingen.
• Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren om aan bedrijfsnormen te voldoen.
• Storingen identificeren en oplossen.
• Zorg voor duidelijke overdracht aan collega’s van de volgende dienst.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and change over the production or packaging line when switching products.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
• Identify and resolve technical malfunctions.
• Ensure a clear and effective handover to colleagues on the next shift.

Wat wij vragen:

• MBO (vocational) level of working and thinking.
• Good command of Dutch or English.
• Available to work full-time and willing to work in a 3-shift rotation.
• Knowledge of HACCP food safety standards is an advantage.
• Able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• A strong commitment to food safety and quality.
