You’ll handle day-to-day engagement and help produce trend-driven content for Gen Z audiences, working closely with a dynamic global agency team to bring brands to life.

The role emphasizes ownership, hands-on content creation, analytics, and collaborative brainstorming with content and creative teams.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience managing social media channels or creating content.
• Deep understanding of current social platforms, viral trends, and Gen Z culture.

Responsibilities

• Assist with creating, sourcing, organising, and scheduling content across channels.
• Actively engage audiences by responding to comments and DMs.
• Drive organic social initiatives and assist with paid campaigns as needed.
• Partner with content and creative teams to brainstorm and deliver engaging content.
• Track, analyse, and compile monthly metrics into client reports.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 2–3 years managing social media channels or working as a content creator.
• Deep understanding of current social platforms, viral trends, and Gen Z digital culture.
• Just as comfortable writing copy as you are organising data into reports.
• Highly organised and flexible in a fast-paced agency environment
• Enthusiastic about jumping in, taking ownership, and wearing multiple hats
