Job summary

Qualifications

• MBO/HBO degree in engineering, biology, medical laboratory research or chemical analysis.
• MTS or MLO qualification is acceptable.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or controlled production environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute production processes by operating equipment and performing manual tasks.
• Execute chemical processes such as electrolysis and chromatography in production.
• Prepare chromatography columns for production.
• Manage recycle line processes including target ampoule preparation.
• Clean and maintain production lines and equipment.
• Identify incidents and escalate to shift lead.
• Troubleshoot first line failures and support continuous improvement.
• Stay up to date with training requirements.
• May train colleagues as needed.
