Job summary

Mosa Meat in Maastricht, Netherlands, seeks a (Jr.) QC Analyst to join the Quality team and drive analytical testing for our novel food production. You will interpret results, compare to specs and support data release under a quality system.

Responsibilities include day-to-day QC lab operations, release testing of materials and products, collaboration with R&D, and maintaining SOPs and records. This role offers growth in a fast-paced scale-up with SAR-based incentives.

Qualifications

• BSc in Analytical or Chemistry Science related discipline.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Experience with working under a quality system and regulatory requirements in food/pharma.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day running of QC laboratories and quality related documentation.
• Internal/external analytical testing and QC release of materials and samples.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in support of R&D activities.
• Conduct routine and non-routine analyses of materials and products.
• Work with techniques such as HPLC, LC-MS/MS, ELISA, LLE, and SPE.
• Review, approve and report on data for QC release; calibrate equipment; maintain records.
