Panda International is seeking a detail-oriented QA Officer to join the shop floor quality team on-site in the Netherlands. You will be the go-to person for GMP label control and batch documentation review to ensure production stays compliant and on schedule.

Responsibilities include label issuance and reconciliation, batch record review (aseptic/APS experience preferred), and on-floor QA support. Strong communication across Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Quality Systems is essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry or related field.
• 1–3+ years in QA or quality-focused production in GMP pharma/biotech environment.
• Hands-on batch record review experience, ideally including aseptic processing or APS.
• Solid knowledge of GMP and Good Documentation Practices (ALCOA+).
• Experience with label control or materials reconciliation is a strong plus.
• Detail-oriented with comfort working on the shop floor.
• Fluent English; Dutch is a plus.

Are you a detail-driven QA professional who likes being close to the action? A leading pharmaceutical manufacturer is looking for a QA Officer to join its shop floor quality team. In this floor-based role you’ll be the go-to person for GMP label control and batch documentation review, making sure production stays compliant and on schedule.

What you’ll do

• Label control (approx. 50-60%) - Issue, control and reconcile GMP labels. You’ll verify label requests against approved documentation and production schedules, review completed issuance records, and investigate any discrepancies.
• Batch record review (approx. 30-40%) - Review operational and Aseptic Processing (APS) batch records for accuracy, completeness and GMP compliance. You’ll also review and approve logbooks and supporting manufacturing records, and support batch disposition with timely QA reviews.
• Shop floor QA support (approx. 10-20%) - Take part in routine GMP monitoring and quality oversight on the floor. You’ll identify, document and escalat[?] errors, deviations and GMP concerns, and contribute to investigations and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with Manufacturing, Warehouse and Quality Systems to resolve documentation and compliance issues.
• Support inspections, audits and regulatory commitments related to documentation and label control.

What you bring

• A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry or a related field
• 1-3+ years in QA or a quality-focused production role within a GMP-regulated pharma or biotech environment
• Hands‑on batch record review experience, ideally including aseptic processing or APS
• Solid knowledge of GMP and Good Documentation Practices (ALCOA+)
• Experience with label control or materials reconciliation (a strong plus)
• A sharp eye for detail and comfort working on the shop floor
• Clear communication skills, the confidence to escalat[?] issues, and the ability to work well across teams
• Fluent English; Dutch is a plus
