Job summary

Progressive is seeking a QA Officer to support shop floor operations in the Netherlands. The role focuses on GMP label control, batch record review, and documentation accuracy to ensure compliance and timely production.

You will issue and reconcile GMP labels, verify requests against docs and schedules, review records, and escalate any deviations. Collaboration with Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Quality Systems is essential to resolve issues and support inspections.

Qualifications

• Experience working in GMP-focused QA on the shop floor.
• Ability to issue, reconcile and track GMP labels.
• Experience reviewing batch records and production documentation.
• Strong collaboration with Manufacturing and QA teams.
• Support for inspections and regulatory commitments.

Responsibilities

• Issuance, control, reconciliation, and accountability of GMP labels.
• Verification of label requests against approved documentation and production schedules.
• Review of completed label issuance records and investigation of discrepancies.
• Batch record review for AP/APS and GMP compliance.
• Review and approval of manufacturing documentation, including batch records and logbooks.
• Identify, document, and escalate documentation errors, deviations, and GMP concerns.
• Support batch disposition through QA documentation reviews.
• Participate in shop floor QA oversight and GMP monitoring.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Quality Systems teams to resolve issues.
• Support inspections, audits, and regulatory commitments related to documentation and label control.
