Job summary

Siemens Smart Infrastructure in The Hague seeks a motivated (Junior) Project Controller to support financial success of energy infrastructure projects. You will gain hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, risk and change management, and work with cross-functional teams in an international environment.

The role offers learning opportunities, mentorship, and a path to grow within a global energy leader. English required; Dutch a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance and Control or Business Economics.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Sales-minded with business-oriented thinking.
• Fluency in English; Dutch a plus.
• Tech-savvy with SAP, Power BI, IFRS and SOX.

Responsibilities

• Support financial and contractual project management (sales and execution).
• Assist with risk, claim, and change management processes.
• Contribute to reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Collaborate with project teams and engage stakeholders.
• Learn to support sales with quotations and cost calculations.
• Gain exposure to insurance and taxation processes.
