Job summary

Nedap in the Netherlands seeks a Junior/Medior Full-Stack Java Engineer to support healthcare and financial processes within the Financial team. You will collaborate across teams and with the Product Owner, Project Lead, and Tribe Lead on software deliveries.

The Backend relies on Java and MySQL, with Front-End work spanning JSF to Vue.js. We operate in a Scrum framework with flexible work options including home-based and onsite collaboration at our Groenlo campus.

Qualifications

• Experience as a full-stack Java engineer (Junior/Medior).
• Proficiency with Java and MySQL.

Responsibilities

Job description

As team Financial, we are essential to our clients' healthcare and financial processes. For example, we ensure that healthcare providers can communicate with (legal) communication standards with, among others, health insurers and municipalities, manage healthcare credentials, and declare and invoice. We are also responsible for a number of links to external systems. The Backend is built in Java and MySQL, and the Front-End goes from JSF to Vue.js. We work with Scrum and continuously deliver software.

As aJunior/Medior Full-Stack Java Engineer, you will collaborate with other teams within and outside the tribe, as well as with the Product Owner, Project Lead, and Tribe Lead. Our team has a diverse mix of backgrounds in terms of age, experience, and focus.

We work from our green campus in Groenlo, with flexibility to work from home. Some colleagues even work fully remote. At the same time, we value coming together regularly at the office, whether it’s working side by side or taking a walk together during lunch.
