Role

We’re looking for a motivated and curious Junior Marketer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who’s eager to learn, take initiative, and contribute to meaningful projects across multiple channels. You’ll work closely with our marketing lead to create impactful campaigns, grow our online presence, and support ongoing marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of marketing campaigns across channels (email, social media, and web).
• Assist with HubSpot activities, including email campaigns, landing pages, and reports.
• Coordinate and monitor LinkedIn campaigns and organic content posting.
• Help maintain and update website content (WordPress experience is a plus).
• Create and adapt visual assets using Canva or similar design tools.
• Track performance metrics and help analyse results to identify improvement opportunities.
• Stay up to date with marketing trends and bring fresh ideas to the team.
• Support internal collaboration by aligning messaging, maintaining materials, and ensuring brand consistency.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a B2B environment (internships welcome).
• Familiarity with marketing tools — HubSpot experience is a strong advantage.
• Basic understanding of digital channels: social media, email, and content marketing.
• Good writing and communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail and a willingness to learn.
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple projects.
