Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including contract law, employment law, corporate law and compliance.
• Ability to work independently and perform under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Providing legal support in tendering, drafting / negotiating service and contract agreements.
• Drafting and reviewing different types of commercial contracts.
• Managing and negotiating any permit appeals and contractor claims with the support of the Company's external lawyers.
• Following-up on new legislation and recent case law in relation to contract-, construction-, commercial- and corporate law.
• Oversee due diligence for maritime deals and conduct risk assessments.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide strategic legal advice on maritime business decisions.
• Offer solutions and recommendations to support our maritime business objectives and growth.
• Corporate legal advice and corporate housekeeping.
